All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

ForgeXGear ships worldwide. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check the banner at the top of our site for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
ForgeXGear ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@forgexgear.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ForgeXGear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
